Quality policy

Assurance of safety of cargo as well as reliability, competitiveness and timeliness are the key priorities in quality policy of our company. 

When we accept a cargo carriage contract, we take full responsibility for the cargo until delivered to the destination.

All transportation companies hold Carrier Civil Liability insurance. Our employees keep monitoring progress of each order and stay in touch with the carrier and Client. Quality safety of the carried goods is guaranteed by the appropriate means of transportation and adherence to the sanitary requirements which is confirmed with the GMP B4.1 procedure implemented in transportation companies.

Performing regular audits combined with training in transportation companies, we develop the awareness of our sub-contractors. In order to better satisfy clients’ needs, we keep improving the qualifications of our employees and we implement modern forms of management on the basis of ISO 9001-2000. In December 2006 we were granted GMP B4.1. certificate (application number PDV 111420).
